On 24 and 26 November and 16 December 2025, the Tribunal held hearings to address issues related to disclosure; i.e. what documents and data Meta need to provide to the Class Representative. These hearings focused on the resolution of a Redfern Schedule, which sets out the Requests for disclosure Meta need to respond to.
